ACYA - IT Director

The Information Technology (IT) Director is an appointed position on the ACYA National Executive. This role is primarily responsible for the execution of strategies and policies as it pertains to information technology.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the ACYA website, analysing site traffic, and security;
• Oversee account management for the ACYA organisation;
• Spearhead efficient and innovative improvements to ACYA's IT;
• Recruit, lead, and develop a team of IT officers to support the portfolio;
• Act as the primary communication point between the IT team and the rest of the organisation; and
• Meet with the National President at least once per month.

Requirements

• Time commitment of ~4-5 hours/week;
• Experience with website design, development and maintenance;
• Experience with or willingness to learn No-code website builder;
• Experience with or willingness to learn Ghost, NEXT.js, and REST API (preferred); and
• Experience with or willingness learn Google Admin, Google Analytics, and Github (preferred)
