ACYA - People-to-People Officer

The People-to-People (P2P) Officer will assist the P2P Director in overseeing and managing ACYA’s social partnerships, events and operations in line with organisational strategies and policies.

Responsibilities

• Research and propose new partnership, growth or partnered project opportunities with a social or cultural focus
• Propose, plan and run events that foster friendship and socialising between Australian and Chinese youth
• Assist in the development of skills, resources, and capabilities of ACYA chapters in their P2P activities
  

Requirements

• Strong interest in the Australia-China relationship and ACYA activities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills
• Experience working in a team
• Time Commitment: 3–5 hours per week on average
