ACYA - Alumni Officer

Alumni Officers will liaise with the Alumni Director and the rest of the ACYA Executive to assist in the delivery of alumni events and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Alumni Director in achieving the portfolio’s key performance indicators
• With the support of the Director, oversee the planning and execution of new events and initiatives for ACYA alumni
• Source and publish relevant web content about prominent ACYA alumni
• Assist with the compilation and maintenance of a directory of ACYA alumni
• Increase engagement with alumni and expand the current directory of ACYA alumni

Requirements

• Strong interest in the Australia-China relationship and ACYA activities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills
• Experience working in a team
• Time Commitment: 3–5 hours per week on average
