ACYA - Women's Network (WN) Director

The Women's Network Director is an Appointed Position on the ACYA National Executive. and is a member of ACYA's Network Team. The Women's Network Director is primarily responsible for the creation and delivery of projects tailored to female students and young professionals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Organising events such as Panels, Wellbeing Workshops and the Hives Leadership Bootcamp;
• Managing ACYA Women’s Network WeChat group and social media accounts;
• Organise ACYA Women’s Network events;
• Liaising with ACYA's partnerships team to raise funds are raised for women’s network events;
• Select and lead a team of WN Officers to support the portfolio; and
• Represent ACYA in public forums, when required.

Requirements

• Time commitment of ~10 hours/week;
• Experience managing stakeholder relations and partnerships;
• Ability to work well managing small teams and long-term projects;
• (Optional but preferred) Demonstrated event management experience; and
• (Optional but preferred) Experience managing across cultures, particularly with respect to the Australia-China relationship
